	Very good service, many stuff to choose from, with very clear details of the products. But not all their pricing is not the cheapest online. 	ytday tried & impressed by their home delivery. They were willingly 2 deliver even ard 9pm. Their price on dog fd is really gd. Same pdt if bought at pet store diff between $10-$17. 	Very satisfied with the outcome of the previous grooming. Their online prices are much cheaper than most shops. Loved their weekday promotion of free transportation for grooming if you buy >$50 of goods online. 	Quite good experience, but Simon seems to be a busy guy so don't count on them delivering that quickly. He was glad to send a backordered item down separately, and happy to deliver below the min order because some items OOS. 	Estimated delivery date was clearly communicated to me. I bought a pet stroller and the price is the most competitive. Other online shop I found that sell the same product is selling it at much higher price. 	i brought my joey there for a full-shave down as she has skin allergies and bites from ticks. Her tangles were massive! so Simon actually carefully shaved her fur off and took about 3.5 hours.
