Boil pork bones, chicken bones, lamb bones, etc (buy from supermart, those with a little meat on it) in pot for 2 to 3 hours on low heat
How much water to add, up to you, and how many containers/ice cube trays you have
Do not add salt or other seasonings

Use spoon to skim off fat
Pour soup through sieve into ice cube trays
Freeze
Put soup cube into water bowl


Barley
Boil barley with water in pot for 2 to 3 hours
Add teaspoon of honey and mix well
cool, sieve into ice cube tray

Alternatively, use more ingredients and less water so that soup or barley is thick. Freeze, put ice soup cube into water bowl and add water

I do this once a month, sufficient to feed for one month.
