User "chocolatic" has been banned for repeatedly adopting pets and giving them away.

Many members have expressed their serious concerns on the pets under his care and this concern is not unilateral. User has not been consistent on the supposing death of his rabbits. Shortly after, the user returns to adopting rabbits again.
The latest rabbit was a holland lops purchased on 9 Nov 08. That made two rabbits under his care. He claimed to be stopping at two rabbits - "I'm not taking in any more bunnies"
However, on Nov 10, 2008 at 01:32:53P, he privately asked for adoption of another rabbit from a fellow member - "Are your bunnies still up for adoption? Are they free?"
Again on Nov 11, 2008 at 10:07:07P, he asked for adoption of another rabbit from another member - "Your lop so cute! How do I contact you? Is interested in adopting. Thanks."
User has not been truthful to fellow members including the investigation team.
Recently, the user has given away all his guinea pigs and has just got for himself 7 bullfrogs instead!
In view of this, we rather keep the user away from adopting / owning more small animals from Pets Channel. This user has been banned before and we'll make sure it stay this way this time round.

User "cscs" has been banned for posting 70++ single / dual word replies that are non-constructive. The user continues to do that even after warning by moderator.
