Hi there,
You can only upload your resized, finalised photos here. Hence, you would need to use other softwares to rotate the picture to be in the right orientation before uploading here. 
Microsoft already has this function for you to use too.

im sry, but how do you upload a photo into my forum photo. (lk when u post in the forum, the photo appears tght with my name on the left column)  thanks a lot!

it explains how to load pics in forum. Basically you need to have an image hoster to load your pics amd copy the link from to paste in your forums, Just remember to have it capped at medium sized photos so as not to stretch the page too much.

need some help...
i tried uploading a photo, but an error message keeps coming up saying that my photo may be corrupt or in the wrong format. i've tried a few other different photos too but same problem. help please. thanks

Hmm.... What is the format of the photo that you have uploaded? Is it .jpg or .gif or .bmp, etc?

its in .jpg
i've tried all the other formats, but still get the same result.
basically taken using a digital camera.
i've tried resizing it smaller too, but also i get the same message.

Hey I've gotten this problem as well. The photo comes out as a grey square no matter what I do.
Some of the photos can be uploaded normally, some comes out as the grey square even though the sizing and the format's exactly the same.
How do I resolve this?

ok, need help to delete photos in the album as I stupidly uploaded multiple copies of the same thing. can only happen to someone who is IT illiterate. help much appreciated.

Hi lee8san,
No worries at all, the duplicated photos have been deleted for you.
Should you wish to manage your pet's photos in future, you may click on 'My Photos' in the top navigation menu. In it, you will be able to add or delete your pet's photos.

hi there,
i have problem uploading pictures to "My Photos" and as well as my avatar.
