World Animal Day - Paws In The Park

Time	10.30am to 6pm
Venue	Bishan Park 2, Banyan area (near Bishan dog run)

It's soon going to be that time of year again where we celebrate a very important day - World Animal Day!

An exhibition detailing the work of the SPCA, including tips on responsible pet ownership, details on pet sterilisation, information about animal abuse and much more. There will be stage games where you can win attractive SPCA t-shirts and souvenirs.

An endearing play by Truth Theatre entitled Paw Pals will be staged with the aim to teach our young ones a valuable lesson on what it takes to be a responsible pet owner at 1pm.

Public can consult and seek advices from SPCA on pet-related queries and merchandise are also available for sale to help the pets under SPCA shelter. Look out for the new SPCA 2007 desk calendar and diaries, t-shirts and 2006 Christmas card designs.

So pet owners, animal lovers, spare a thought for the furry friends and show your support for the SPCA and their cuddly friends this World Animal Day!
