With guest of Dr Teo Ho Pin, Mayor of Northwest district, this event organised by NWCDC, SPCA, NEA and NSS Education Group aims to discourage and educate on abandonment of pets. There will be activities such as talks, dog show, best pet n pet owner contest, pet costume contest, kids animal face painting, kids nature craft corner. Participants include ACRES, AVA, ASD, HRSS and Cat Welfare Society.
