The Singapore Kennel Club is organizing the Asia Kennel Union (AKU) Championship Dog Show on 26 August 2007, Sunday, 9am to 6pm, at the Singapore Expo Hall 5. The AKU Championship Dog Show is the most prestigious canine event of 2007 with renowned judges from Japan, Australia, Thailand and India.
Together with the SKC’s 160th and 161st Championship Dog Shows, SKC is having the 74th Obedience, 41st Novice, 29th Utility, 88th Agility and 13th Jumpers Trials, and the Singapore Toy Dog Club’s 33rd Championship Dog Show which is a Specialty Show held within the AKU Show venue.

Mattleah Canada is once again proud to present Singapore National Dog Walk 2007 in conjunction with Singapore's 42nd birthday celebration. It would be a carnival with games, birthday cake for doggies, and movie screening of "Shaggy Dog".
This event is free and all (doggies and owners) are welcome to participate and needs no registration. However, if you'll like to receive a pre-walk kits and goodie bag, registration is at $10 per person. Half of the proceeds will go to NANAS (Noah's Ark Natural Animal Sanctuary).

It is not a common sight to see animals strutting their stuff inside Borders. But that was exactly what happened on the 14th and there will be another one this Saturday.
From 2pm to 3pm, Selina Sebastian, Education Executive will be sharing with patrons at the bookstore about the work SPCA does, the importance of being a responsible pet owner and the animal abuse situation on our island.
For every selected Penguin book title that you buy this month, the publisher will donate 10 percent of the proceeds to help SPCA continue itswork in promoting kindness to animals.
So, please come down and join SPCA for an interactive and informative weekend! You can do your part for the animals too!

Aquarama 2007 will be hosting a programme of trade and public seminars. The trade component, consisting of three sessions held on the first two days of the show, will be dedicated to top issues relating to the industry and will be restricted to trade visitors only.
The corresponding public programme will be held on the two last days when Aquarama is open to the general public.
Leading international speakers, as well as domestic ones, are already being lined up for the trade and public programmes, entry to both of which will be absolutely FREE.
